- Audit skills and knowledge.
- Learn best practice cleaning, equipment, building fabrication and personal hygiene.
- Learn the effective management of audit schedules, findings, Corrective actions and review program.
- GO BEYOND Hygiene audits – Include Culture, CCPs, Changeovers, HACCP flow verifications, food defence so that audit program ensures factory is Unannounced audit ready
