TRAINING COURSE AIMS 

  • Understand what evidence is conformity or Non-conformity of factory environment 
  • Audit skills and knowledge. 
  • Learn best practice cleaning, equipment, building fabrication and personal hygiene. 
  • Learn the effective management of audit schedules, findings, Corrective actions and review program. 
  • GO BEYOND Hygiene audits – Include Culture, CCPs, Changeovers, HACCP flow verifications, food defence so that audit program ensures factory is Unannounced audit ready
